Role Description
This is a WFH full-time role for an Operational Specialist. The Operational Specialist will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, developing and overseeing all the work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create invoices and picking sheets regularly.
- Maintain and update customer data accurately.
- Coordinate and communicate with customers regarding orders and deliveries.
- Monitor and maintain inventory records.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operational processes.
- Maintain proper documentation and reports related to operations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and dispatch.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Good knowledge of invoice handling and inventory management.
- Excellent organisational and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office/Excel.
Experience Required:
- 3 to 4 years of experience in Operations or a similar role.
- Experience in handling invoices, inventory, and customer coordination is preferred
