Role Description
The Operational Specialist will manage daily logistics tasks, including coordinating shipments, overseeing freight operations, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. Responsibilities include collaborating with clients and partners, monitoring shipments, and addressing operational challenges to maintain efficiency. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent Communication skills to liaise with clients, partners, and internal teams
- Experience in Sales with an understanding of customer needs and client relationship management
- Proficiency in Operations Management, including logistics coordination and workflow optimization
- Project Management skills for planning, execution, and completion of tasks within deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and think critically under pressure
- Familiarity with international freight forwarding and logistics is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, logistics, or a related field
