About the Role
We’re hiring an Operations Specialist to manage real-time delivery and dispatch operations across multiple U.S. cities. This is a fully remote role based in India, working U.S. business hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily dispatch and live delivery execution
- Audit orders and assign delivery routes
- Monitor deliveries in real time and resolve issues quickly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain service quality
- Track KPIs and suggest process improvements
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in operations, logistics, or dispatch
- Strong organization and decision-making skills
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments
- Proficient with spreadsheets and online tools
- Available to work U.S. hours
