Operational Specialist responsible for managing and improving day-to-day operational processes that support business efficiency and execution. Role focuses on workflow coordination, process optimization, reporting, and ensuring smooth operational support across teams and functions.

Key Responsibilities
- Support daily operational activities across teams and business functions
- Coordinate workflows to ensure timely execution of operational tasks and deliverables

- Maintain operational records, reports, and process documentation with accuracy
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve operational bottlenecks and workflow issues
- Track operational performance metrics and prepare reports for management review
- Support implementation of new operational processes, tools, and systems
- Ensure adherence to operational standards, internal procedures, and timelines
- Assist with process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity
- Support communication and coordination between departments and teams

- Experience working in fast-paced and execution-focused environments
- Exposure to operational reporting and process optimization initiatives
