Hiring: Operational Head – Revenue & Growth | Solforge Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Ernakulam, Kerala | Full-time (On-site + field visits)
Compensation: up to 50,000 per month (based on experience)
Solforge is hiring a senior growth and execution leader who can
drive outcomes across four key areas:
- Counselling revenue growth (enquiry to conversion, packages, collections)
- CRE/telecaller performance, reporting discipline, and conversion systems
- Solforge Academy admissions pipeline (college partnerships + webinar funnels)
- Corporate programs / EAP business development and closures
Ideal profile: 4+ years experience in sales & operations / business development, strong communication, strong English (must), Malayalam (preferred), and willingness to work on-site in Ernakulam with local travel for partnerships.
