Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operational Executive based in Kochi. The Operational Executive will oversee the end-to-end execution of offsite planning, including vendor coordination, logistics management, guest communication, and adherence to organizational standards. Day-to-day tasks will involve organizing schedules, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth hospitality experiences, and addressing any real-time challenges during offsites. The role requires active monitoring of all operations to deliver seamless outcomes for clients.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in event planning, logistics management, and coordination
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including dealing with vendors and team members
- Problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and the capacity to troubleshoot issues in real-time
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time efficiently
- Proficiency in using event management tools and software
- Experience or knowledge in the travel, hospitality, or event planning industries is a significant advantage
- Availability for on-site responsibilities in Kochi and flexibility with working hours
- A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
