Job Summary
This strategic hands-on role is multi-dimensional in nature including elements of organizational design process redesign applying advanced technology and tools and lead change management techniques to deliver transformation.
Responsibilities
Key Deliverables/Responsibilities: Including but not limited to:
Strong understanding of the IT business operations & financial metrics
Lead process transformation programs across the organization
Working with Corporate functions Business leaders and IT in identifying gaps in existing processes conduct root cause analysis and drive organization changes.
Conceptualize and implement a metrics landscape to drive quantitative analysis and insights.
Create communication cycles project milestones and drive cross-functional engagement.
Monitor and document process improvement projects to drive performance.
Benchmarking against peers with inputs from internal stakeholders and external consultants
Prepare for enterprise audit/risk reviews/governance reviews.
Present information using data visualization techniques.
Proactively look for optimization opportunities in business operations.
Strong capability on solution modelling scenario building and sensitivity analysis.
Manage stakeholders and steer various enterprise-wide initiatives and programs towards timely completion and provide project updates on a consistent basis to top management about strategy adjustments and progress.
Liaising with the Cognizant Application services team to design plan track and monitor rollout of corporate systems designed for process reengineering.
Qualifications:(Experience Skills)
12+ years of relevant multi - functional experience in Tier 1 IT Services firm Consulting Automotive FMCG or Fortune 500 Company
Proven track record of leading change management and operational/process transformation programs.
Ability to implement techniques for cost optimization and waste reduction.
Knowledge and experience in process methodologies e.g. Project management
Preferred certifications: Black Belt certification (MBB is a plus) PMP certification.
Manage stakeholders and steer various enterprise-wide initiatives and programs towards timely completion and provide project updates on a consistent basis to top management about strategy adjustments and progress.
Liaising with the Cognizant Application services team to design plan track and monitor rollout of corporate systems designed for process reengineering.

Excellent academic background with engineering advanced degrees in economics finance or management degrees from the worlds best schools
MS Excel MS Power point VBA R or Python scripting for data processing
Should have deep understanding and knowledge of Process mapping Gap analysis and solution design
Analytical Problem Solving & Time Management skills
Should have an understanding of Business operations / Operations Excellence
Excellent interpersonal communications public speaking and presentation skills
Must Have
The role combines Program Management, Operations, and Finance responsibilities within the Ops team
Close collaboration with the Delivery team is expected.
Primary Objective: Drive cost reduction and budget optimization at the Associate Director (AD) level.
Qualification Requirement: MBA graduates from Tier-1 B-Schools.
