Responsbility:
Core Experience (Strongly Preferred)
*2–3+ years of operational accounting or business analytics experience in any of these disciplines:
*Trust accounting
*Real estate management or investments
*Auditing
Systems & Platform Experience
*Hands-on experience with Appfolio or Yardi
*Excel intermediate to advanced and Comfort in managing:
*Property configurations
*Tenant billing rules
*Historical adjustments and corrections
*Experience working across multiple systems and reconciling discrepancies
Academic Background (Preferred)
*Minimum Requirement
-Bachelor’s degree in: Accounting ,Finance ,Data Science ,Real Estate or Property Management
*Equivalent Experience:
-Relevant hands-on RUBS, utility billing, or property accounting experience may substitute for formal education.
*This role is highly operational, and system know-how and efficient data processing is more critical than advanced academic credentials.
