Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operation Theatre Nurse at Raghava Hospital, located in Hyderabad. The Operation Theatre Nurse will work closely with the surgical team, preparing and maintaining sterile equipment, ensuring patient safety, and assisting during surgical procedures. Additional responsibilities include monitoring patients, coordinating with healthcare professionals, maintaining records, and ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in pre-operative and post-operative care, surgical assistance, and handling of sterilized equipment
- Knowledge and application of safety procedures, infection control measures, and hygiene standards
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure in a surgical environment
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to collaborate effectively with medical staff
- Diploma or degree in Nursing and valid nursing registration/license
- Prior experience as an operation theatre nurse is preferred
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
