Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Team Leader at Delhivery, located in Indore. The Operations Team Leader will oversee daily operations, coordinate logistics processes, lead a team to achieve performance targets, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. The role involves data-driven decision-making, monitoring workflows, ensuring adherence to operational policies, and maintaining a high standard of service delivery while collaborating cross-functionally to optimize efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability in Operations Management and process optimization to maintain consistent performance and achieve targets.
  • Strong People Management and leadership skills to guide teams effectively and foster professional growth.
  • Exceptional Communication skills, including the ability to liaise with teams, clients, and stakeholders effectively.
  • Analytical skills to assess operational data, identify areas of improvement, and implement strategic solutions.
  • Commitment to ensuring high levels of Customer Satisfaction through proactive issue resolution and quality service delivery.
  • Previous experience in a logistics or supply chain management role is considered an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or equivalent preferred.
