●Proficient with ticketing tools like JIRA for defect tracking and management.
●Strong working knowledge of MS Office or Google Suite, especially Excel or GoogleSheets for data analysis.
●Experience in using root cause analysis techniques (5Whys ,Fish bone diagram) to identify defect origins.
●Exceptional English reading and writing skills ability to understand complex defect reports and write clear bug descriptions.
●Strong logical reasoning and attention to detail to identify critical defects and missing information.
●Ability to work in a fastpaced, deadline driven environment, managing multiple defect triage activities simultaneously.
●Familiarity with software development lifecycle and QA/testing fundamentals.
●Comfortable using smartphones, virtual platforms, and remote collaboration tools.
