Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operation Support Specialist based in Bengaluru. The Operation Support Specialist will provide technical and customer support, troubleshoot operational issues, and assist in resolving customer inquiries efficiently. They will also gather and analyze data to improve internal processes and enhance support operations. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery is a crucial part of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating data, identifying trends, and improving operational workflows
- Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to resolve system and operational issues effectively
- Exceptional Customer Support and Communication skills for assisting customers and coordinating with internal teams
- Ability to problem-solve and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field preferred
** Initial 3 weeks in Jaipur office then hybrid.
