Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operation Supervisor located in Indore. The Operation Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations, manage a team of staff, ensure timely execution of logistics tasks, and maintain operational efficiency. Responsibilities include monitoring performance metrics, ensuring compliance with company procedures, solving operational challenges, and collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills for managing teams and ensuring effective workflow
- Proficiency in Operations and Operations Management to oversee logistics processes and drive efficiency
- Strong Analytical Skills for identifying challenges, problem-solving, and optimizing processes
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with teams, clients, and other stakeholders effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to dynamic business needs
- Previous experience in logistics or supply chain management is a plus
- Proficiency in data management tools and reporting systems is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
