Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Operation Executive to join our team in New Delhi. This on-site role involves managing day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless project execution, and collaborating with internal teams to maintain efficiency and quality standards. The Operation Executive will be responsible for coordinating event logistics, overseeing operational processes, and addressing any challenges to drive successful outcomes. The role requires a keen ability to analyze systems and optimize performance while effectively communicating and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong Operations and Operations Management skills to ensure smooth day-to-day and project-based execution
- Effective Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to collaborate with teams and build stakeholder relationships
- Analytical Skills to evaluate processes, identify improvements, and enable data-driven decision-making
- Proven organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in event management, experiential marketing, or a similar operational role will be an advantage
