Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operation Manager – Study Abroad at Medcity International Academy, located in Kochi. The Operation Manager will oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the study abroad division, ensuring smooth execution of processes and high-quality customer service. Core responsibilities include managing client interactions, streamlining workflows, implementing operational strategies, and leading the team to achieve student enrollment targets. Strong collaboration with academic counselors, training faculty, and external stakeholders will be a key part of this role.
Qualifications
- Experience in operations management, workflow optimization, and team leadership.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with solid attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for client and stakeholder interactions.
- Knowledge of the international education industry and visa processing frameworks is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and other operational software solutions.
- Relevant experience or academic background in business management, international education, or related fields preferred.
- Ability to set and achieve goals while maintaining a high level of professionalism and accountability.
