Role Description The Operation Manager – Residential will oversee day-to-day operations for residential facilities, ensuring smooth functioning of services and adherence to company standards. This full-time, on-site role based in the Gurgaon regioni involves supervising facility staff, coordinating housekeeping, maintenance, and security services, and ensuring timely resolution of resident issues and service requests. The role includes monitoring service quality, optimizing resource utilization, managing vendors, and ensuring compliance with safety, statutory, and company guidelines. The Operation Manager – Residential will prepare and review operational reports, support budget planning, and collaborate with internal teams and clients to drive continuous improvement in residential facility management.
Qualifications
- Strong operations and facilities management skills, including planning, coordination, and supervision of residential services.
- Experience in vendor and contract management, including negotiation, performance monitoring, and relationship management.
- Knowledge of safety, compliance, and quality standards relevant to residential facilities and familiarity with ISO and EHS practices.
- Effective people management capabilities, including team leadership, scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Proficiency in basic office and reporting tools, with the ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and track key operational metrics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with residents, clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Prior experience in facilities or property management, ideally in residential projects or large housing complexes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications in facility or property management are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in the Gurgaon , adapt to dynamic operational needs, and respond promptly to emergencies or critical issues.
