Note: This is a requirement for one of the Workassist Hiring Partner.
Roles and Responsibility:
- Verify and authenticate invoices uploaded by buyers/sellers on the platform
- Cross-check transaction details such as invoice amount, due date, buyer confirmation, and discount rate
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, RBI guidelines, and company SOPs
- Validate KYC and documentation before approving transactions
- Coordinate with Operations, Sales, and Risk teams for discrepancy resolution
- Monitor pending transactions and ensure timely processing
- Maintain proper audit trail and documentation records
- Identify suspicious transactions and escalate to senior management
