Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sr Operations Executive(HQ) to oversee and optimise our Data related tasks and processes for multiple teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the SKU level data management, SKU creations, making it live on Shopify, Purchase order creations/aproval, and other data related work for the Production and Sampling team.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare item master and Vendor catalogue in Uniware and Zoho for efficient PO dispatching on daily basis for Fabric and Garment orders
- Liaise with Catalogue, Sampling and Production team to improve processes related to item and PO creation
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimise operational workflows and achieve business goals.
Skills / Personality Traits:
- Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel to create order data working and manage data effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly grasp new processes and methods.
- Results-oriented with a proven ability to work independently and deliver under minimal supervision.
- Enthusiastic about working in a startup environment with diverse responsibilities and a dynamic workload.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a natural ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels.
- Empathetic and capable of understanding and responding to the needs of colleagues and stakeholders.
- Ability to make informed decisions calmly and effectively under pressure.
Eligibility:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in E-commerce Data analyst or warehouse, preferably within the fashion/apparel/lifestyle sector.
- Experience with Uniware, Zoho inventory/books and Shopify or similar platforms is a plus
