Urgent Requirement – Multi-Speciality Hospital
Location: Panvel, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra
- Position: Operations Manager (Hospital)
Experience:
- Minimum 10+ years in hospital operations – Mandatory
Salary:
- Up to ₹1,00,000 per month
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee overall hospital operations and administration
- Ensure smooth functioning of OPD, IPD, OT, and support services
- Implement and monitor hospital policies, SOPs, and quality standards
- Manage staff coordination, scheduling, and performance
- Handle patient flow, service quality, and grievance resolution
- Ensure compliance with NABH and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with medical, nursing, and administrative teams
- Monitor operational costs and optimize efficiency
- Position: Call Center Executive
Qualification: Graduate
Experience: 0–3 years (Healthcare experience preferred)
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls and patient inquiries
- Schedule appointments and manage call records
- Provide accurate information regarding services and doctors
- Maintain professional communication and patient satisfaction
- Position: Front Desk Executive
Qualification: Graduate
Experience: 1–3 years (Hospital/Clinic experience preferred)
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage patient registration and front office operations
- Handle appointments, billing coordination, and queries
- Ensure smooth patient flow and coordination with departments
- Maintain records and provide excellent patient service
Job Type: Full Time
