Job Title: Operation Manager – Corporate Events (MICE)

Role Overview:We are looking for a seasoned Operation Manager to lead and manage end-to-end corporate event operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in handling international and domestic corporate events, including proposal creation, budgeting, vendor coordination, and execution.
This role requires someone who can independently manage large-scale events, work on detailed costing, and coordinate directly with DMCs, hotels, and vendors to deliver high-quality experiences while optimizing costs.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end execution of corporate events, conferences, and MICE projects
- Work on client briefs and develop detailed proposals and presentations
- Prepare accurate costing, budgeting, and pricing strategies
- Coordinate directly with DMCs, hotels, venues, production agencies, and other vendors
- Negotiate best rates and commercial terms with suppliers
- Manage event timelines, deliverables, and execution plans
- Oversee on-ground execution to ensure seamless delivery
- Handle client communication and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle
- Troubleshoot operational challenges and manage escalations effectively
- Collaborate closely with sales/BD teams for conversions and project planning
- Build and maintain strong vendor and partner relationships
Key Requirements:- 4–6+ years of experience in corporate events / MICE operations
- Strong expertise in proposal creation and event costing
- Proven experience in handling large-scale corporate or international events
- Excellent vendor negotiation and coordination skills
- Strong understanding of venues, hotels, production, and event logistics
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines
- Strong communication, presentation, and client-handling skills
- Leadership experience with ability to manage and mentor a team
Preferred Candidate Profile:- Background in corporate event agencies or MICE companies
- Experience working with international clients or cross-border events
- Strong network with DMCs, hotels, and event vendors
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
