Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager, based in Virudhunagar. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, coordinate schedules, optimize processes for efficient delivery of services, and ensure high-quality service standards are maintained. The role involves resource planning, team leadership, troubleshooting operational challenges, developing reports, and ensuring an excellent learning experience for both students and teachers. Collaboration with multiple teams to maintain alignment with organizational goals will also be a key responsibility.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and operational management skills
- Team leadership, staff coordination, and people management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with business management software and tools
- Experience in the education or e-learning sector is an advantage, but not mandatory
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
