Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager based in Hyderabad. The Operations Manager will oversee daily facility management activities, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to quality and client standards. Key responsibilities include resource allocation, team coordination, vendor management, budgeting, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. The role also involves continuous process improvement, client interaction, and maintaining operational efficiency in alignment with the company's commitment to excellence.

- Strong leadership, resource management, and team coordination skills
- Proficiency in vendor management, scheduling, and procurement processes
- Experience in budgeting, cost control, and financial planning
- Knowledge of safety regulations, compliance standards, and operational policies
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to drive process improvements
- Strong communication and client engagement abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Prior experience in facility management or operations is an advantage
