Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Operation Manager to oversee and manage end-to-end travel operations for Long Haul Destinations, specifically Europe & USA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth itinerary execution, vendor coordination, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency while delivering exceptional travel experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete operational processes for Europe & USA travel packages and customised itineraries.
- Coordinate with international DMC's, hotels, airlines, transport vendors, and visa partners.
- Handle booking confirmations, documentation, itinerary execution, and operational support.
- Ensure smooth travel experiences by proactively managing operational requirements.
- Resolve operational issues, customer concerns, and last-minute changes efficiently.
- Collaborate with Sales, Visa, and Customer Support teams for seamless coordination.
- Maintain strong relationships with overseas suppliers and negotiate competitive rates.
- Monitor operational quality standards and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with visa regulations, destination updates, and travel advisories.
- Prepare operational reports and implement workflow improvements where required.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Europe & USA travel operations.
- Experience in handling FIT/GIT international travel packages.
- Excellent communication and vendor management skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Problem-solving and crisis-management capabilities.
- Knowledge of visa documentation and international travel procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and travel CRM systems.
- Attention to detail and operational accuracy.
