Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Operations Intern. The Operations Intern will assist in managing daily operational tasks, coordinating cross-functional teams, and supporting project management efforts. Responsibilities include analyzing performance metrics, streamlining processes, collaborating with sales and operations teams, and contributing to the successful execution of business strategies and objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting data and improving processes
- Effective Communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration and reporting
- Familiarity with Sales operations and support activities
- Knowledge of Operations Management and Project Management principles and practices
- Proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field
- Prior internship or academic experience in similar roles is a plus
