Role Details:
Type: Remote Internship
Working Hours: Flexible (6–7 hours/day)
Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹7,000/month
Growth Opportunity: High performers will be considered for a full-time Operations Manager role.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain client performance reports
- Assist in making simple B-roll reels (basic editing)
- Conduct content and trend research across niches
- Plan and share daily posting schedules for clients
- Upload and manage content across client profiles
- Coordinate with writers and editors to ensure smooth execution
- Assign tasks and ensure deadlines are met
- Take regular follow-ups from clients and internal team members
- Assist in client communication and coordination
Requirements
- Good English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment
- Hardworking, proactive, and accountable
- Strong interest in social media, content, and personal branding
