Role Description The Operation Intern role at Social Spork is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The intern supports day-to-day operational activities for client restaurants, including collecting and analyzing operational data, assisting in process improvements, and helping track project milestones. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and clients, preparing reports and presentations, supporting implementation of operational changes, and monitoring outcomes for efficiency and quality. The intern also assists with documentation, maintains organized records, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives across consulting engagements.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate restaurant operations and interpret data.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and client stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of operations management and interest in process optimization.
- Exposure to project management or the ability to assist in planning, tracking, and reporting on project activities.
- Comfort with sales-related interactions, such as supporting client presentations or follow-ups, is an advantage.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Hospitality, Operations, or a related field.
- Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software) and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, manage multiple tasks, and adapt in a fast-paced consulting environment.
