Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida for the role of Operations Intern. The intern will assist in various operational tasks, including monitoring day-to-day activities, supporting project executions, and working cross-functionally to ensure smooth workflow. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with teams, optimizing internal processes, assisting with operations management activities, and supporting sales and analytics-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Possess strong Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making and performance evaluation.
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, for team collaboration and client interactions.
- Interest or foundational knowledge in Sales to support and coordinate sales-related operations.
- Understanding of Operations Management and Project Management to assist in the planning, coordination, and oversight of projects.
- Motivation to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic work environment.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
