Role Description
As an Operation Intern at CERF Solutions, you will assist in managing and optimizing operational processes to ensure efficiency and support business objectives. Your responsibilities will include project management, coordinating operational workflows, analyzing business data, and assisting in sales operations. This is a full-time on-site role based in Noida.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating data, identifying trends, and optimizing operations
- Excellent Communication skills with the ability to collaborate and liaise effectively
- Basic understanding of Sales processes and strategies
- Knowledge in Operations Management and Project Management principles
- Proactive attitude with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a dynamic work environment
- Bachelor’s degree or current enrollment in a related field is preferred
