Hiring: Operation Hotel Manager – Luxury Villas & Resorts
Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹70,000 In-Hand
Benefits: PF, ESIC, Food & Accommodation Provided
A renowned chain of luxury hotels is looking for an experienced Operations Hotel Manager to oversee 4–5 luxury villa properties located in outskirts locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of multiple villa properties.
- Ensure exceptional guest experience and service standards.
- Oversee housekeeping, front office, maintenance, and property upkeep.
- Lead, train, and manage on-site teams.
- Handle guest escalations and operational challenges.
- Conduct audits and ensure compliance with SOPs and quality standards.
- Monitor operational performance, costs, and property maintenance.
Requirements:
- Hospitality industry experience is mandatory.
- Strong background in Housekeeping or Front Office Operations.
- Experience managing villas, resorts, or multiple hospitality properties.
- Candidates from 5-Star hotel brands preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in remote/outskirts property locations.
