Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Surat for the position of Operation Head. The Operation Head will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing teams, allocating resources, and ensuring the organization's objectives are met effectively. The individual will establish workflow processes, improve operational efficiency, monitor budgets, and work closely with internal departments to maximize the quality and delivery of products and services.
Qualifications
- Strong Operations Management and Budgeting skills to optimize organizational workflows and resources.
- Excellent Analytical Skills for identifying operational challenges and implementing effective solutions.
- Proven Team Management and Communication skills to lead teams and collaborate across departments effectively.
- Ability to work strategically and lead operations in a fast-paced manufacturing and healthcare environment.
- 8-10 years of experience in the healthcare or medical devices industry.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a relevant field is preferred.
