Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for the Operations Head. The Operations Head will oversee daily operations, ensure service delivery excellence, manage and coordinate teams, develop operational strategies, track budgets, and optimize resource allocation. The role will involve maintaining service standards across all organizational functions and driving continuous improvement in processes to meet business and client objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Operations Management and process optimization to ensure the seamless execution of services
- Strong Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making and problem-solving
- Effective Team Management abilities to inspire, lead, and coordinate teams
- Excellent Communication skills to liaise with clients and internal stakeholders effectively
- Experience with Budgeting and financial planning to manage resources efficiently
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an attention to detail
- Previous experience in facility management and service delivery is an advantage
- Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a relevant field is preferred
