Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Gurugram, with flexibility for partial work from home. The Operation Executive (Travel Domain) will manage end-to-end hotel booking operations for corporate clients, including handling inquiries, confirmations, modifications, and cancellations. The role involves coordinating with hotels and internal teams to secure the best available rates, ensure room availability, and resolve booking or billing issues promptly. The Operation Executive will monitor daily bookings, track service levels, maintain accurate records in internal systems, and support timely, error-free invoicing. The role also includes interacting with clients via phone and email, addressing escalations, and contributing to process improvements that enhance service quality and cost efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong Operations and Operations Management skills, with experience handling travel or hospitality processes preferred.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills to interact effectively with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Solid Analytical Skills to review booking data, identify patterns, and support cost optimization and process improvements.
- Prior experience in the travel, hotel, or corporate travel management domain is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with MS Office tools and familiarity with booking or CRM platforms.
- Ability to work in shifts if required, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Detail-oriented, customer-focused mindset with a commitment to accuracy and service quality.
