Job details:
-Monitor daily equity, derivatives, and commodity trades.
-Handle trade confirmations and contract note processing.
-Ensure timely pay-in and pay-out of funds and securities.
-Manage clearing and settlement processes with exchanges (NSE/BSE/MCX).
-Act as a bridge between management and operational staff
-Ensure timely communication and issue resolution
-Prepare and check trade files before uploading to back-office systems.
-Monitor margin positions, shortfalls, and ensure clients maintain adequate margins.
-Record and authorize dividends, bonuses, splits, and other corporate actions accurately.
-Identify bottlenecks in daily workflows and suggest automated solutions or software tools to increase efficiency.
-Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on turnover, brokerage earned, and active client counts for senior management.
