Primary job title (LinkedIn best-performing): Operations Executive
A fast-growing player in the Customer Experience & Cloud Contact Center sector serving B2B clients across India. We deliver omnichannel support and telecom-enabled services, focusing on operational excellence and measurable customer outcomes. This is an on-site role based in India for entry-level candidates ready to start a career in operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute daily operations tasks including accurate data entry, reconciliation and record maintenance across internal systems and spreadsheets.
- Manage CRM and ticketing queues—create, triage, route, escalate and close tickets to meet SLAs.
- Monitor operational KPIs and SLAs; prepare and distribute daily and weekly performance reports and dashboards.
- Coordinate with Sales, Technical Support and Billing teams to resolve customer issues and ensure smooth handoffs.
- Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), knowledge base articles and process documentation to reduce turnaround times.
- Support quality checks, audits and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

- Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent qualification.
- Freshers welcome; internships or project experience in operations, customer support or back-office is a plus.
- Willingness to work on-site in India and adapt to shift schedules when required.
