MetaMask is looking for a smart and responsible Operations Executive (Civil) to handle vendor coordination, site coordination, billing operations, and day-to-day execution support.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with vendors for material dispatch and delivery follow-ups
- Handle site coordination and communicate with execution teams
- Support billing operations and maintain project-related documentation
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operational flow
- Maintain reports, measurements, and execution status updates
- Ensure timely communication between site, vendors, and office teams
- Support project execution and operational activities
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of civil/site operations
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Knowledge of billing and documentation process
- Ability to handle multiple operational tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations
Qualification
Diploma / Graduate in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
