Job details:
* Process and verify investment transactions (mutual funds, equities, bonds, etc.)
* Maintain and update client investment records and databases
* Handle account opening documentation, KYC verification, and onboarding processes
* Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies
* Reconcile investment accounts and resolve discrepancies
* Coordinate with custodians, brokers, and financial institutions
* Generate reports on portfolio performance and transaction status
* Support front-office teams (relationship managers/advisors) with backend data
* Manage document filing, record keeping, and audit support
* Track pending transactions and ensure timely execution

Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field (Preffered)
* 1–3 years of experience in financial services or investment operations
* Basic understanding of investment products (mutual funds, stocks, SIPs, etc.)
* Familiarity with KYC and compliance procedures
