Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operation Executive based in Mumbai. The primary responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, overseeing operational processes, and ensuring efficient service delivery. The role requires executing strategies to enhance operational efficiency, coordinating with team members effectively, analyzing business operations to identify areas for improvement, and maintaining clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Excel /Google Sheet ( Vlookup, Sumif, etc )
• Good customer coordination & communication skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize work responsibility
• Work experience in a similar role and familiarity with the technology
