Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage day-to-day operational activities of our branding agency. The role involves coordinating between internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth execution of branding projects, timely deliveries, quality control, and efficient workflow management.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with design, production, and client servicing teams to ensure timely execution of branding projects
- Manage end-to-end project operations, from brief handover to final delivery
- Liaise with vendors, printers, fabricators, and logistics partners for production and installation activities
- Track project timelines, approvals, and deliverables to avoid delays
- Handle purchase orders, invoices, quotations, and cost sheets
- Ensure quality checks of branding materials before dispatch or installation
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and MIS
- Support inventory management and stock tracking, if required
- Assist in process improvement to enhance operational efficiency
- Resolve operational issues quickly and escalate when needed
Skills & Requirements
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Good understanding of branding, printing, fabrication, or marketing operations
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication
- Vendor management and negotiation skills are a plus
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Marketing, or related field
- Experience working in a branding, advertising, or creative agency preferred
