Job Summary:
We are seeking an Operations Executive to support our Account Management teams in handling back-end operations for client campaigns. The ideal candidate will assist in ensuring smooth campaign execution, timely delivery, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide operational support to Account Management teams for campaign execution and delivery
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, digital, etc.) for campaign deployment and troubleshooting
- Monitor campaign performance, track progress, and report to clients and internal teams
- Manage campaign-related data, reporting, and analytics
- Assist in resolving client queries and concerns in a timely manner
- Support process improvements and optimization of campaign operations
Required Skills:
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar role (Traffic Executive/Operations Executive)
- Strong understanding of campaign management and digital operations
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic analytics tools
