Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Operations Executive, based in Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area, with flexibility for remote work as needed. The Operations Executive will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring seamless operational processes, analyzing workflows, supporting operational plans, and fostering strong internal and external collaborations. The role will require effective communication and coordination to enhance operational efficiency and align with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Operations and Operations Management skills to oversee workflows and implement effective processes.
- Excellent Analytical Skills to assess data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Interpersonal and Communication skills to build relationships, resolve conflicts, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders and teams.
- Ability to adapt in hybrid work environments and deliver results in both in-office and remote settings.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in operations or management roles in the finance, real estate, or consulting sectors is a plus.
