Order Management & Scheduling
• Manage incoming service orders and maintain order tracking
• Assign and coordinate orders based on operational requirements
• Monitor timelines and ensure timely execution
• Maintain operational dashboards and records

Farmer Calling & Coordination
• Communicate with farmers regarding scheduling, requirements, and updates
• Handle inbound and outbound calls for order confirmation and follow-ups
• Address basic customer queries and escalate issues when required
• Maintain strong customer relationships
3.
Inventory Management
• Track and maintain inventory records related to drone operations and equipment
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment when required
• Maintain inventory logs and ensure accurate documentation
• Support asset tracking and resource allocation

. Data Management & Reporting
• Maintain accurate data in CRM or internal systems
• Update operational status, reports, and activity logs
• Support performance tracking and reporting for management
5.
Cross-Team Collaboration
• Coordinate with sales, technical, and operations teams
• Support issue resolution through effective communication
• Provide operational feedback to improve processes
Experience
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, coordination, logistics, or agri-tech roles
• Experience in agriculture or technology operations is a plus
Skills
• Strong coordination and organizational skills
• Good communication skills (farmer interaction experience preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow structured processes
• Basic knowledge of CRM or inventory management tools
