Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Executive located in Prayagraj. The Operations Executive will oversee day-to-day logistics operations, ensuring efficiency in processes and compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities include managing the delivery schedules, optimizing operational workflows, coordinating with internal teams, analyzing operational data to improve efficiency, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to clients. The role requires active problem-solving, effective communication, and collaboration with multiple stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Strong Operations Management and general Operations experience
- Proficient Analytical Skills to assess operational performance and identify improvements
- Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills for collaboration with colleagues and clients
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Knowledge of supply chain and logistics best practices is an advantage
- Proficiency with MS Office and logistics management software is a plus
