Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Operation Executive role based in Vijayawada. The Operation Executive will oversee day-to-day service operations, including scheduling and coordinating field teams, ensuring service delivery aligns with company standards, and supporting compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include monitoring operational performance, maintaining accurate records and reports, and supporting continuous improvement in processes and customer service. The role also involves close collaboration with service technicians and customer-facing teams to ensure timely resolution of service issues and effective resource utilization. The Operation Executive will contribute to operational planning, implementation of best practices, and support training and guidance for operational staff as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong operational coordination and planning skills, with the ability to manage schedules, resources, and service delivery in a fast-paced environment.
- Good analytical and reporting abilities, including basic proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort working with operational data.
- Customer service orientation, with clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of safety practices and compliance standards in service operations; experience in facilities, pest control, or related industries is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Vijayawada, demonstrating reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Preferred educational background: diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, logistics, or a related field.
- Prior experience in operations, service coordination, or field team management is beneficial but strong entry-level candidates with relevant skills will be considered.
