Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Operation Executive for a full-time, on-site role at our Ahmedabad location. The Operation Executive will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functioning and efficiency, while coordinating with various teams to implement strategies that enhance customer experiences. Key responsibilities include managing operational workflows, solving logistical challenges, ensuring compliance with company standards, and facilitating seamless communication within the team and with vendors. The role requires someone who can support process optimization and play a crucial part in maintaining high operational standards.
Qualifications
- Strong Operations and Operations Management skills for overseeing workflows and ensuring operational efficiency.
- Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills to foster collaboration across teams and build relationships with stakeholders.
- Proficient Analytical Skills to evaluate processes, identify gaps, and implement effective solutions.
- Experience in the food and hospitality industry is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
