Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Executive, located in Bengaluru. The Operations Executive will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring seamless coordination of transportation services, and maintaining high service standards. Key responsibilities include managing and optimizing work processes, analyzing operational data, and coordinating with drivers and clients to address service requirements. The individual will also play a vital role in maintaining client satisfaction through effective communication and collaborative problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Strong operational expertise including Operations and Operations Management skills
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills for data interpretation and process optimization
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to interact effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders
- Capability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced work environment
- Experience in the corporate transportation or service industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and familiarity with logistics management software is a plus
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
