Job Description: Operations Executive – Position Title
Operations Executive – Loyalty Fulfillment
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to manage and support daily loyalty fulfillment operations. The role involves coordinating reward processing, vendor management, order tracking, customer support coordination, and ensuring seamless execution of loyalty and rewards programs for clients.
The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, operational accuracy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end loyalty reward fulfillment operations.
- Process customer redemption orders accurately and within defined timelines.
- Coordinate with vendors, courier partners, and suppliers for reward dispatch and delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain stock records for reward items.
- Track orders, shipments, and delivery status to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle escalations related to delayed deliveries, damaged products, or fulfillment issues.
- Maintain operational MIS reports and dashboards.
- Ensure compliance with SLA timelines and quality standards.
- Support campaign execution for loyalty and rewards programs.
- Coordinate with internal teams including customer support, finance, and account management.
- Identify operational gaps and suggest process improvements for better efficiency.
- Maintain accurate documentation and operational records.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Operations, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, e-commerce, or loyalty fulfillment.
- Strong knowledge of order management and fulfillment processes.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Experience in loyalty programs, rewards management, or e-commerce operations is an added advantage.
