Role Description The Operation Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area, supporting day-to-day bus operations and service delivery. Responsibilities include monitoring route performance, coordinating schedules, and ensuring timely departures and arrivals across the electric bus fleet. The role involves tracking operational data, preparing basic reports, and supporting compliance with safety and quality standards. The Operation Executive will collaborate closely with depot staff, drivers, and management to resolve operational issues, optimize resource utilization, and maintain high service reliability. This position also contributes to continuous improvement initiatives, identifying process gaps and supporting implementation of operational best practices.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Operations and Operations Management skills to handle day-to-day fleet and route activities.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, monitor performance, and support operational decision-making.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills to coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and service partners.
- Experience in transport, logistics, or public transportation operations is beneficial.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and basic reporting tools is preferred.
- Ability to work in shift-based schedules and handle time-sensitive operational requirements.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Operations, Management, Transport, or a related field is advantageous.
