Role Description
The Operation Executive will oversee the day-to-day operational processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across STYMO ( A venture Of Enviu). Key responsibilities include managing and enhancing operational workflows, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies. The role also involves providing analytical support for decision-making and process improvements. This is a full-time, on-site position, based in Bengaluru.
Qualifications
- Strong Operations and Operations Management skills
- Excellent Analytical Skills for problem-solving and decision-making
- Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills to collaborate with Fashion Brands.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and take initiative in process optimization
- Order & Fulfillment Operations, Inventory & Catalog Management, Customer Experience, Account Management, onboarding vendors.
- 6 Days Working with One weekly off rotational based on work.
- Job Location : Indiranagar
- Experience Required 1-3 years in warehouse
