📌 Role: Recruiter – Ops Executive (Trainer Hiring)
📍 Location: Gurugram
🕒 Experience: Minimum 1 years (Freshers with excellent communication skills)
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment for trainer profiles (academic / corporate / skill-based trainers)
Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels
Screening, scheduling, and coordinating interviews
Building a strong pipeline of qualified trainers
Maintaining recruitment trackers and reports
Coordinating with internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements
Requirements:
Prior experience in recruitment (preferably trainer / bulk / niche hiring)
Good communication
Strong sourcing and screening skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
