Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily operational activities during the USA shift
Manage class schedules, reschedules, and operational workflows
Communicate with teachers, students, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
Monitor attendance and resolve scheduling conflicts promptly
Maintain accurate operational records and reports
Handle escalations professionally and provide timely resolutions
Ensure compliance with company processes and operational standards
Support process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
Who We're Looking For
Excellent communication skills (Written & Verbal)
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently and take ownership
Previous experience in Operations, Customer Support, Process Coordination, or Administration is preferred
